How we managed equipment and People- Richard
Equipment
For our group we needed a lot of equipment to make our advert, luckily the college provided us with a majority of our equipment, however managing this had to be organised. For our equipment we used A camera and a tripod which was provided to us from the college, to get these we had to sign our names to tell the college we had rented out the equipment for the day. The reason the college does this so if any equipment goes missing they can check the list to see what camera is missing and then find out who had possession of the camera last. We also required a skateboard which I owned however we had to plan ahead of time to determine which days we would film so I would bring in the skateboard on the right day. We had to be organised as a group to make sure that we wasted no time on filming. If we did not have the equipment then naturally we wouldn't be able to film which would cause problems down the line. To avoid this we made sure that we were going to defiantly film on certain days and make sure we got it done as fast as possible to avoid having to keep renting the cameras out
People
In our group it contested of 3 people we needed to be organised and make that everyone was in on the right day. If we did not have a group member in we wouldn't be able to film certain parts of the advert which would cause hassle as when the group member was back in we would have to waste time renting a camera back out and spend time filming again. This also stops out production as we might not be able to progress any further in our advert. To avoid this problem we all agreed on certain days to make sure we came in and dedicate that whole day to filming this would make our productivity higher and help progress out advert along in the production. If someone was absent we would try to contact them but if we could not reach them we would make sure to film as much as we could without them so we had to do as little as possible once they returned.
